GOURMET STEAKS

Category: Beef Steaks

2 oz liquid hickory smoke
1 oz softened butter
1 tsp steak seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic and onion powders
6 oz Goldmans gourmet sauce or A-1 steak sauce
4 (4 oz) steaks

Combine ingredients and massage into steaks. Marinade overnight. Remove steak from marinade and reserve marinade for basting. Cook steaks over hot heat basting with marinade to desired doneness.
