GARLIC BEER STEAKS

1 (12 oz) bottle beer
3 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp pepper
1 cup oyster sauce
1 lemon, juiced
4 beef steaks, any kind
Steak seasoning

In a resealable bag, combine first 5 ingredients. Sprinkle steaks with seasoning and place in the marinade, coating the steaks well. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.

Preheat grill for high heat and lightly oil grate. Remove steaks from marinade and discard marinade. Grill steaks to desired doneness, approximately 5-7 minute on each side.
