BUSY DAY DINNER

1 1/2 lbs hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
10-12 oz thin egg noodles, cooked al dente, drained
1 can sloppy Joe sauce
1 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Brown meat with onion, garlic and seasonings; drain and add sauce. Add cooked noodles. Place ingredients into a casserole dish. Top with cheese and bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes.
