ITALIAN HERB BREAD

1 (13.8-oz) can refrigerated pizza-crust dough
2 tbsp butter, melted
1/4 tsp basil
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp parsley
1/4 cup shredded Italian cheese blend

Preheat oven to 350. Unroll pizza-crust dough on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Brush dough with melted butter. Sprinkle remaining evenly over dough. Roll up, jellyroll fashion, starting at a long edge. Place on cookie sheet seam-side down. Make 4 or 5 (1/4-inch deep) cuts on top of loaf with a sharp knife. Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown. Makes 1 loaf
