HAM-AND-CHEESE ITALIAN-STYLE BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

1 (5.5-oz) box Italian seasoned croutons
1 (12-oz) pkg diced ham, drained
1 (9-oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Italian-blend cheese
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
10 eggs
1 1/2 cups half-and-half
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper


Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease a 13x9 inch baking dish. Layer croutons, ham, spinach, and cheeses in baking dish. In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, half-and-half, salt, and pepper. Pour evenly over cheeses. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until lightly browned. Serve immediately. Serves 8
