APRICOT MUFFINS WITH CINNAMON GLAZE

2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
1/2 cups sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 cup melted butter and sugar
4-6 dried, soaked apricots, chopped
1/4 cup chopped cashews
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Glaze
1 1/4 cups confectioners sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
3 tsp water
Split cashews

Preheat oven to 350. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Combine wet ingredients in another. Stir in dry mixture and stir to a smooth mixture. Add chopped apricots, nuts and cinnamon. Divide muffins in a greased muffin pan. Bake 15-20 minutes.

Glaze: Mix ingredients and spread on top of cooled muffins. Decorate with nuts.
