1 (6-oz) pkg strawberry-flavored gelatin
2 cups boiling water
1 1/2 cups cold water
1 (16-oz) container sour cream
1 (10-oz) pkg frozen sliced strawberries, thawed
2 (8-oz) containers strawberry yogurt
1 (16-oz) container frozen nondairy whipped topping, thawed
Garnish: sliced almonds, fresh strawberries, and lettuce leaves
In a medium mixing bowl, mix together gelatin and hot water, stirring until completely dissolved. Add cold water. Whisk in sour cream until smooth. Stir in strawberries and pour into a 13-x-9-inch pan. Chill for approximately 4 hours until completely set.
In a medium mixing bowl, mix together yogurt and whipped topping until well combined. Gently spread yogurt mixture over gelatin layer; chill. Garnish with sliced almonds, fresh strawberries, and lettuce leaves, if desired. Serves 8-10
