HILLBILLY BAR-B-Q RUB

1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp accent, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and paprika
1 tsp Cajun seasoning

Mix together and use to coat choice of meat. Marinate for several hours or overnight in a resealable bag. Grill to desired doneness.
