TARRAGON WINE MARINADE

1/4 cup sherry
1/2 tsp dried tarragon, finely chopped
1/4 tsp garlic powder
2 pinches ginger

Combine ingredients in a resealable and use to marinade seafood of choice. Drain and discard marinade. Makes 1/4 cup
