LEMON SOY MARINADE for Swordfish

1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tsp grated lemon zest
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, minced

Whisk ingredients to blend. Marinade in a resealable bag for 30 minutes before grilling.
