LEMON THYME MARINADE

Category: Marinades

1/2 cup lemon juice
1 tbsp grated lemon rind
4 tbsp chopped fresh thyme leaves
1/4 cup chopped green onions
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/4 cup oil

Whisk ingredients to blend. Marinade in a resealable bag for 30 minutes before grilling. Enough for 1 lb meat.
