LEMON MARINADE

Category: Marinades

1/2 cup olive oil
2 lemons, juiced
1/4 cup dry white wine
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp sage
Bay leaf
1/2 tsp sugar, salt and pepper

Whisk ingredients to blend. Marinade in a resealable bag for 30 minutes before grilling.

NOTE: Good on vegetables, veal and chicken.
