LINGUINE AND PORK STIR FRY

1 lb linguine, spaghetti or thin spaghetti, cooked al dente, drained
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 1/2 cups pork tenderloin, cut into thin strips
2 clove garlic, minced
4 cups thinly sliced cabbage
1 cup thinly sliced green onions with tops
1 1/2 cups red bell pepper, thinly sliced
3/4 large carrot, shredded
1/2 tsp salt and crushed red pepper flakes

In a large skillet, heat oil and add garlic, vegetables and seasonings. Stir-fry until tender. Remove from skillet and add pork and lightly stir-fry until cooked. Return cooked vegetables and add cooked pasta. Toss to mix and continue to cook until heated through. Serves 4-6
