LEMON DIJON MARINADE

1/4 tsp salt and pepper
1/4 cup lemon juice and olive oil
1 tbsp Dijon mustard

Combine ingredients and whisk until blended. Pour into a resealable bag and add desired meat or poultry, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Remove meat from marinade and discard marinade. Grill meat to desired doneness.
