ITALIAN BEEF TIPS OVER PASTA - Crockpot

2 lbs stew meat
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 lb sliced mushroom
1 (6 oz) jar pitted kalamata or Greek olives, drained, halved
1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped
1 (28 oz) jar marinara sauce
1 bay
2 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
6 cups hot cooked pasta, drained and tossed with olive oil and garlic seasoning

Place beef and vegetables in a crock pot. Top with olives and tomatoes. Add sauce and seasonings over top. Cover and cook on LOW for 8-10 hours or until beef is tender. Serve over cooked pasta. Serves 6
