FROZEN GERMAN CHOCOLATE CREAM PIE

1 (4 oz) pkg German sweet chocolate
1/3 cup milk
1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
2 tbsp sugar
1 (8 oz) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 graham cracker crust

Melt chocolate and milk, stirring until chocolate and melted and is smooth. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Stir in chocolate mixture. Fold in whipped topping. Freeze until firm. Remove from freezer about 10 minutes before serving for easy slicing. Garnish with whipped topping and chocolate shavings, if desired.
