CHOCOLATE MINT FROSTING

1/2 cup mint chocolate chips
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
3 cups confectioners sugar
6 tbsp milk

Melt chocolate chips and butter in a double boiler, stirring until melted and mixture is smooth. Stir in vanilla extract and salt. Transfer to a large mixing bowl. Gradually beat in confectioners sugar alternately with milk; beat until smooth. (If necessary, add more milk until desired consistency is reached.)
