CINNAMON COFFEE FROSTING

1 tsp instant coffee granules
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Pinch salt
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups confectioners sugar
1/2 cup milk

In a small bowl, mash coffee with back of a spoon until powdery. Stir in cinnamon and salt. In a large bowl, beat butter and stir in spice mixture and vanilla extract. Alternately beat in confectioners sugar and milk until desired spreading consistency. Makes 2 cups. NOTE: Good on chocolate cake.
