CHOCOLATE CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

4 squares semi-sweet chocolate
1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1 tbsp light cream or milk
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup sifted confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Melt chocolate in a saucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Remove from heat. Blend in cream cheese, ream and salt. Gradually beat in confectioners sugar and continue beating until smooth. Add vanilla extract. Makes 1 cup
