Shelly's Recipe

WHISKEY SALMON GRILL

Category: Seafood and Fish - Grilled

4 (8 oz) salmon fillets
1/2 cup whiskey
1/4 cup soy sauce and orange juice
2 clove garlic, minced

Mix together ingredients in a resealable bag and marinade in refrigerator for 1 hour or more, turning occasionally.

Oil cooking grate and preheat grill for medium heat. Cook fish on grill for 5-6 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily and color has faded. Carefully remove fish from grill and serve. Serves 4
