LEMON CREAM PASTA WITH CHICKEN AND ASPARAGUS

2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1/4 inch strips
1 lb asparagus, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tsp grated lemon peel
1/4 cup heavy cream
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
8 oz bow tie pasta, cooked al dente, drained
1/4 cup chicken broth
In a skillet, saute chicken in butter for 5 minutes; set aside. In same skillet, add next 3 ingredients; reduce heat. Cover and partially cook for 5 minutes or until asparagus is tender. Return chicken and add remaining ingredients except pasta. Boil 3 minutes to reduce liquid. Add pasta and toss.
