LEMON CHICKEN PASTA

2 clove garlic, minced
6 oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup frozen green peas, thawed
1/3 cup shredded carrot
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp cream cheese
2 cups cooked and drained pasta
3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp lemon peel, grated
Salt and pepper, to taste

Spray skillet with cooking spray and add first 4 ingredients; saute until tender. Remove from skillet; set aside. Add broth and cream cheese to skillet; cook over medium-high heat for 3 minutes or until cheese melts, stirring constantly with a whisk. Stir in chicken mixture and remaining ingredients; cook for 1 minute to heat up. Serves 4
