GRILLED TERIYAKI TUNA

Category: Seafood and Fish - Grilled

2 lbs yellow fin tuna, sliced thin
1 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup sake
1 tbsp tomato paste

Combine ingredients and marinate tune for 30 minutes. Preheat grill. Drain off excess marinade; bring to a boil in a pan. Remove form heat. Grill tuna 2-3 minutes per side. Remove to serving platter; pour heated sauce over top. Serves 4
