ORANGE ROUGHY WITH ORIENTAL SAUCE

1/4 cup orange juice
2 tbsp oil and soy sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/8 tsp pepper
2 lbs orange roughy

Combine marinade ingredients and marinate fish in sauce for 15-20 minutes. Place on a lightly oiled grill, cook over hot coals or broil in oven for 10 minutes per inch of thickness, or until the flesh is opaque, brushing frequently with marinade.
