5 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp minced sun-dried tomatoes
2 lbs unskinned salmon fillet
Combine first 5 ingredients. Chill at least 8 hours or overnight. Place salmon, skin side down, on greased grill over low heat. Brush half the mixture on top; cook 15 minutes. Brush with remaining mixture, increase heat to medium and cook about 10 minutes or until flakey. Serves 6
