SHRIMP ON THE GRILL

1 lb large shrimp

Marinade
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp salt, oregano and pepper
1/4 cup ketchup and vinegar
3 clove garlic, minced

Split shells down back to remove veins. DO NOT REMOVE SHELLS. Place shrimp in a resealable bag. Combine marinade ingredients and pour over shrimp in refrigerator at least 4 hours. Place on grill and cook 3-4 minutes per side or until shrimp turn pink.
