LAYERED SPAGHETTI BAKE

1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup chopped green or red bell pepper and onion
1/2 cup salad dressing
1 (16 oz) can tomato sauce
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp dried oregano leaves
1/2 tsp pepper
7 oz spaghetti, cooked al dente, drained
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350. Brown first 3 ingredients; drain. Stir in next 5 ingredients and cook 2-3 minutes or until heated through. Place 1/2 of spaghetti in a casserole dish. Top with 1/2 the meat and 1/2 the cheese. Repeat layers and bake for 30 minutes. Serves 6
