LINGUINE WITH HAM

4 oz each plain and spinach linguine, cooked al dente
2 tbsp butter
1/2 lb fully cooked ham, cubed, about 1 1/2 cups
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 (8 oz) container light cream
2 egg yolks, beaten
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

After pasta is cooked, drain and add next 3 ingredients. In a small bowl, combine cream and yolks; beat well. Slowly stir egg mixture into the linguine, mixing well. Add 1/4 cup cheese and cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring gently. Spoon onto serving plates and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Serves 4
