WHITE CHOCOLATE BROWNIES

6 tbsp unsalted butter
8 oz grated white chocolate
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 cup flour
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour a 9 inch square baking pan. Melt butter and 1/2 the chocolate on a double boiler. When melted, remove from heat and add remainder of chocolate. Stir to blend and set aside. To beaten eggs, add sugar and beat 2-3 minutes or until sugar is dissolved. Add chocolate and butter mixture, vanilla extract and flour. Beat just until smooth. Add chocolate chips and mix in by hand. Pour into prepared pan and bake 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack before cutting with squares.
