1 cup white vinegar and olive oil
1/2 cup white wine or vermouth
Garlic, to taste
1 tsp salt and oregano
1/2 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
1 tbsp chopped parsley or cilantro
Combine ingredients and marinade chicken at least 1 hour before grilling.
NOTE: Enough for 2 chickens, halved
