CHICKEN AND SHRIMP WITH PENNE AND SUN-DRIED TOMATO PESTO

3 1/4 lbs shrimp, deveined and butterflied
1 1/2 lbs chicken breasts, cut into strips
Italian salad dressing mix
2 packets Knorr Sun-dried tomatoes in Pesto Sauce, made according to package directions using reserved oil from sun-dried tomatoes
1 jar sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained with oil reserved
1 bag frozen peas, thawed
1 lb penne pasta, cooked al dente
2 clove garlic, minced
Olive oil
While pasta is cooking, marinate the shrimp and chicken in salad dressing at least 30 minutes. Saute in dressing with olive oil and garlic cloves.
In a bowl, the sauce, pasta, cooked shrimp and chicken, and peas, folding until incorporated. Serves 4
