CHICKEN AND RAVIOLI CARBONARA

2 tbsp Italian dressing
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2 inch strips
3/4 cup chicken broth
1 (9 oz) pkg refrigerated cheese-filled ravioli
1/2 cup half-and-half
4 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
Shredded parmesan cheese
Chopped fresh parsley

Heat dressing in a skillet and cook chicken in dressing for 2-4 minutes, turning occasionally to brown. Add broth and ravioli to skillet and heat to boiling; reduce heat to medium. Cook, uncovered, about 4 minutes or until ravioli is tender and almost all the broth has been absorbed.

Stir in half-and-half; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, 3-5 minutes or until sauce is hot and desired consistency. (The longer is cooks, the thicker the sauce will be and will coat the ravioli.) Sprinkle with bacon, cheese and parsley. Serves 4
