*RED WINE MARINADE*

Category: Marinades

1/2 cup dry red wine and water
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
1/2 tsp crushed thyme and salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Combine ingredients in a resealable bag. Use for a beef or pork roast. Marinade in the refrigerator at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours. Roast or gill meat. Serve remaining marinade as a sauce with the meat by bringing to a full boil and reduce, stirring often.
