Shelly's Recipe

MALDANERS BARBECUE SAUCE

1/2 cup hoisin sauce and honey
1 tbsp dry sherry
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp triple sec or Grand Marnier
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp grated gingerroot
1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
4 tsp grated orange rind
2 tsp grated lemon peel or 1 1/2 tsp grated lime peel
1 tsp sesame oil
2-3 tbsp toasted sesame oil

In a covered container, mix ingredients and cover. Stir in the refrigerator. Use on salmon, chicken, pork or beef.
