RASBERRY TRUFFLE BROWNIES

1 1/4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp water
1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup flour

Preheat oven to 350. Melt chocolate and butter. Cool. Beat eggs and sugar. Add chocolate and water. Mix and stir in dry ingredients. Bake in a greased 9 inch square baking pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. Allow to cool completely.

Truffle Topping
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted and cooled
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup confectioners sugar
1/3 cup seedless red raspberry jam

Beat cream cheese and confectioners sugar. Add jam and beat. Beat in melted chocolate and spread on top of brownies.

Glaze
1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp shortening

Melt ingredients and drizzle over cream cheese layer. Chill at least 2 hours before serving. Garnish with fresh raspberries.
