PUMPKIN PRALINE PIE

1/3 cup chopped pecans
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 tbsp butter, softened
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell
2 eggs, beaten
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup canned pumpkin puree
1 tbsp flour
1 tsp salt, ground cinnamon, ginger, cloves and mace
1 cup evaporated milk
Preheat oven to 450. Combine first 3 ingredients and press into bottom of shell. Bake for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine the eggs and pumpkin. Add the remaining ingredients and beat until smooth and creamy. Pour into partially baked pie shell. Lower oven temperature to 325 and bake for 45 minutes.
