HOT BROCCOLI CHEESE DIP

1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and squeezed dry
2 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese

Mix together first 3 ingredients until well blended. Stir in broccoli and 1 1/2 cups cheese. Spoon into a pie plate and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with crackers.
