HARVEST CHEDDAR FONDUE

3/4 cup milk
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp salt
Dash pepper
3/4 cup apple juice
1/4 cup flour
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
4 cups Italian bread, cut into 1 inch cubes
4 cups assorted blanched vegetables, cut into bite-size pieces

In a saucepan, combine first 7 ingredients until smooth. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture thickens and boils; cook and stir 1 minute longer. Remove from heat; add cheese and stir until melted. Transfer to a fondue pot; keep warm. Serve with bread cubes and vegetables. Serves 4
