RIGITONI WITH PROSCIUTTO - Easy

1 lb rigatoni, cooked al dente
1 (28 oz) can whole tomatoes, crushed by hand
2 oz white and red wines
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 medium onion, chopped
2 clove garlic, minced
1/4 inch thick sliced prosciutto, diced
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

Heat oil and butter in a skillet and saute onion and garlic until light brown. Add prosciutto and saute for 1-2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except cheese, stirring occasionally. Toss drained pasta and cheese into sauce. Serve.
