ORANGE GLAZE for Ham

1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp plus 1 tsp cornstarch
Boiling water
1/4 cup orange juice
Finely grated zest of 2 oranges

Whisk together sugar and cornstarch in 2 tbsp boiling water until dissolved. Whisk in juice and zest.

NOTE: Pour glaze over ham, turning to coat it evenly and baste during baking process until glaze is thick and the ham is golden around the edges.
