FETTUCCINE WITH PORK AND ROASTED RED PEPPER

6 oz spinach fettuccine, linguini or spaghetti, cooked al dente
4 bonelness pork, about 3/4 inch thick
1 (15.4 oz) can diced tomatoes with Italian herbs
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 (7 oz) jar roasted red sweet peppers, drained and chopped, about 1/2 cup
Fresh rosemary, garnish
While pasta is cooking, season pork with salt and pepper. Place on an unheated rack of broiler pan. Broil 3-4 inches from heat for 3-4 minutes per side.
Meanwhile, combine undrained tomatoes, broth and peppers in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes. Divide drained pasta among 4 plates. Slice pork and arrange over pasta. Top with sauce and garnish with rosemary. Serves 4
