Salt and pepper, to taste
6 pork chops, about 1/2 to 1 inch thick
Onion slices
3/4 cup ketchup
1 cup water
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, vinegar and brown sugar
1 tsp paprika and chili powder
Season chops with salt and pepper and place in a shallow baking dish. Top with onion slices. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Cover and bake at 300 to 325 for about 1 1/2 hours and uncover the last 20 minutes.
