ROSEMARY GARLIC RUB

1 1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
1 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
1/2 tsp salt, dried thyme leaves and black pepper
2 clove garlic, minced

Combine ingredients and rub over 2 lbs meat of choice and grill to desired doneness.
