ISLAND-STYLE TERIYAKI BEEF BBQ

1 1/2 lbs beef, sliced 1/4 inch thick
1/2 cup soy sauce and sugar
1 tbsp sherry wine, sesame oil and grated garlic

In a bowl, combine ingredients and marinate beef for 2 hours or overnight. Prepare grill over medium high heat and cook to desired doneness.

NOTE: Can be fried in a skillet on high heat, if desired.
