ASIAN PORK KABOBS

1 lb ground pork
1 1/3 cups Frenchs French Fried Onions, slightly crushed
2 egg whites
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp hot pepper sauce
1 tsp ground ginger
1 (20 oz) can pineapple chunks, drained
2 medium green or red bell peppers, cut into 1 inch pieces
Peach or apricot dipping sauce, heated
Preheat oven to 400. Combine first 6 ingredients in large mixing bowl; mix well. Shape into 1 inch meatballs, using 1 level tbsp for each. Place on a greased rack in a foil-lined baking pan. Bake for 15 minutes or until browned and no longer pink in center. Thread meatballs, pineapple and peppers alternately onto 6 inch wooden skewers. Arrange kabobs on a platter. Serve with dipping sauce.
