PASTA WITH CREAMY SAUCE

7-8 oz tagliatelle pasta, cooked al dente, drained
1 cup mascarpone cheese
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen peas, thawed
2 oz finely chopped prosciutto
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Butter

Layer half of the pasta in a buttered 9 inch square baking pan. Spoon half the mascarpone over the pasta. Sprinkle with half the peas and half th eprosciutto. Top with half the cheese. Repeat the layers and dot with butter. Bake at 350 for 20 minute or until heated through. Serves 4-6
