THAI PORK CHOPS

Category: Pork 1 - Chops and Steaks

4 pork chops, about 1 1/2 inches thick
1 tsp grated lemon peel
4 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup ginger root, grated
1/2 tsp crushed red chilies, ground coriander and pepper
3 tbsp water

Place first 5 ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth. Spread about 2 tsp paste on each chop, cover both sides. Cover chops and refrigerate 2-24 hours. Grill chops over medium hot coals for 7-8 minutes per side. Serves 4
