2 cups apple juice
2 (6 oz) cans tomato paste
3 tbsp mustard powder mixed with water
1 medium onion, chopped
2 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce and apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp ground mace
Combine and simmer 30-40 minutes. Adjust for sweetness or tartness.
