CHEESY POTATOES AND CHOPS

8 potatoes, thinly sliced
1 onion, chopped
6 slices cheddar cheese
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 soup can milk and sherry or 1 can milk
Salt, garlic powder and pepper, to taste
6 pork chops sprinkled with Cavender’s Greek Seasoning, browned

In a buttered casserole dish, alternate layers of for 3 ingredients. Combine soup, liquid, seasonings. Pour over layers and top with browned pork chops. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
