SWEET AND TANGY BASTING SAUCE

1/2 cup A-1 Sweet and Tangy Steak sauce
1/4 cup minced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 tsp hop pepper sauce

Mix ingredients; set aside. Use to baste steaks and ribs while grilling.
